Academic Year 2016-17 to Present School Immunizations in 7th Grade

This data shows school immunizations in seventh grade by academic year. The format of the file has changed to accommodate the addition of the Varicella vaccine for 2019-20 academic year. The addition of the vaccine field identifies rows as TDAP or VARI reporting. Additional precautions for student de-identification have been applied and are based on school enrollment for seventh grade for these school years.
