This dataset is a compilation of the data submitted by urban retail water suppliers to the State Water Board via the Annual Urban Water Use Objective and Water Use Report. It tracks information suppliers have submitted related to the conversion of commercial, industrial, and institutional landscapes with mixed-use meters to dedicated irrigation meters or employing in-lieu technologies.

The City of Blythe's 2020 UWMP Section 9 shows DMMs the City is currently utilizing. Although not all DMMs are specific to only CII water use, they show Documentation of the implementation of the performance measures for all types of water use, including CII. These DMMS include: i. Water Waste Prevention Ordinances; ii. Metering; iii. Conservation Pricing; iv. Public Education & Outreach; v. Programs to Assess and Manage Distribution System Real Loss; vi. Water Conservation Program Coordination and Staffing Support; vii. Other Demand Management Measures that have a significant impact on water use.

Not currently offering any in lieu technologies. The City plans to offer them by the deadline for in lieu technologies of June 30, 2039.

When completed, we would be better informed as to which parcel needs a DIM or which will need an .in lieu technology, and what that may look like.

We offer multiple water efficiency programs to assist customer with water reducation. BPM include, commercial and large landscape rebates and water use audits. Educational promotions are provided through bill inserts, mailers, e blast and emails. Conservation staff work with high user accounts to educate and promote water efficiency measures and provide direct education content when possible.
